Administrative History: The
position of Corporate Vice President was created in 1990 with the
appointment of Rev. John J. Piderit, S.J. The position served as an
ex-officio member of the Marquette Board of Trustees, including the Executive
Committee. Other duties included special project projects
assigned by President Albert DiUlio, S.J., and the Board of Trustees.
The position was discontinued in 1993 after Rev. Piderit's appointment as
President of Loyola University in Chicago.

President's office is restricted for 25 years from the closing date of the
tenure of the President under whom each vice president served. As an
example, records from the tenure of Rev. John J. Piderit, S.J., who served
during Rev. Albert J. DiUlio’s term as President (1990-1996), are restricted
until 2021. Written permission from the President's office is required to
obtain access prior to the expiration of this restriction. Consult an
