The following information is designed to inform event planners of the equipment that is readily available for use in the Conference Center rooms and the level of support associated with that equipment. Full equipment support is provided by the Library Information Technology department from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. Minimal equipment support is provided by student employees evenings and weekends. If your evening or weekend event requires more than basic AV/Technical support please make arrangements, in advance, with Darwin Sanders (288-3063) or email: Darwin.Sanders@marquette.edu. Please allow as much lead time as possible when making reservations and arrangements.

Internet access is available in all Conference Center rooms via ethernet cables. Wireless access is readily available for computers registered with Marquette's IT Services. Laptops provided for use from the Conference Center use wireless internet access. For laptops from outside of the university, wireless access is possible with a minimum 1 week advance notice. When bringing personal laptops for connection, network security precautions require that laptops have current virus protection software and the latest operating system updates.
