If you're interested in fighting cancer and would rather not get wet in the process, rowing on land may be your niche sport. Marquette Crew's 2011 24-hour nonstop Row-A-Thon was held between the Alumni Memorial Union and McCormick Hall on April 13 and 14 in support of Recovery on Water (ROW), a group of breast cancer survivors who continue to fight cancer through rowing.
