Oscar Jimenez, Eng ’00, Grad ’02, was featured
in an article in The Doings-Western Springs Edition, Western
Springs, Ill., for participating in an annual event in support
of the Evans Scholars Foundation. Each year, former Evans Scholars
caddy at the Edgewood Valley Country Club in LaGrange, Ill.,
and donate their earnings back to the foundation that funded
their college scholarships.
James F. Koepp, Grad ’00, is the head boys’ basketball
coach at Watertown High School in Watertown, Wis.
Matthew
E. Mountin, Jour ’00, Law ’03, was named
director of compliance and facilities manager for the Colorado
State University-Pueblo Athletic Department. He has been
employed there since August 2004, when he was appointed sports
information
director.
Michael R. Neufeldt, Comm ’00, and Milwaukee
sports reporter Tom Pipines published Tales from the Marquette
Hardwood, a
look at the high and low points of Marquette basketball from
McGuire to Crean and everything in between. Personal interviews
with former great players and coaches give insight to memorable
moments on and off the court.

Jennifer (Novak) Mountin,
Arts ’01, is pursuing a degree
in nursing at Colorado State University-Pueblo, with expectations
of earning a B.S.N. in August 2007.
Daniel M. Pudi, Comm ’01,
appeared in an episode of The West Wing on NBC.
Alice (Heffernan) LaFave, Arts ’02,
was named an associate in the litigation department of the
St. Louis office of the
Polsinelli Shalton Welte Suelthaus law firm. She concentrates
on commercial litigation.
Nicholas L. D’Agosto, Comm ’02,
will star in the upcoming independent film, Inside. His film
and television
credits include appearances in Election and NBC’s medical
drama, ER
Emily R. McCarthy, Comm ’02, Grad ’05,
is director of adult formation and evangelization at Three
Holy Women parish
in Milwaukee.
Jennifer (Novitzke) Eberhardy, Comm ’02, was named marketing
and communications manager for the Partners in Pharmacy Cooperative,
West Allis, Wis. The business helps independent pharmacy owners
compete with industry giants by offering competitive product
and service pricing. She and her husband, Brian, started an
online purchasing site, www.eberhardy.unfranchise.com.
Sarah
M. Platt, Comm ’02, spent two weeks volunteering
with the Red Cross in Louisiana after hurricanes Katrina and
Rita. She is a news reporter at WKBT in La Crosse, Wis.
Kathryn R. Riley, Arts ’02, was selected to represent
Washington, D.C., in the Rose of Tralee Festival in Tralee,
County Kerry, Ireland. She was featured in the district’s
St. Patrick’s Day parade in March. She is a legislative
assistant for Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez, plays in the congressional
softball league, is a piano tutor, and performs in Georgetown
University Law Center musicals.
Eric J. Van Schyndle, Arts ’02, son of Craig and Sue
Van Schyndle of Green Bay, Wis., was named one of the “50
Most Beautiful People on Capitol Hill.” He works for
the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure in
a position he has held for three years.
Paul A. Gomez, Arts ’03, teaches theology and is assistant
dean of residence life at Georgetown Prep in Washington, D.C.
John Bobek, Comm ’04, appeared on an
episode of How I Met Your Mother on CBS. He played a convenience
store clerk.
Colleen M. Foy, Comm ’04, appeared in a
national commercial for Cingular. In 2004, she joined fellow
actors from the
National Theatre of the Deaf in four episodes of Sesame Street,
introducing
the segment “ Sign Language Moment of the Day.”
Colleen F. Milligan, Arts ’04,
was one of six Michigan State graduate students who won scholarships and fellowships
from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She is a
second-year
graduate student in anthropology in the master’s
program in forensic science within the college of social
sciences. Marcus

Tiffany L. Huber, Arts ’05; and Carrie
B. Mashek, Arts ’05,
served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, northwest region. JVC
volunteers commit to simple living in community, spiritual
growth and working to promote social justice, particularly
in the areas of homelessness, disabilities, education, health
care and abuse.

coordinator at Stephen & Brady Inc., an advertising and
public relations agency in Madison, Wis.
Violet Razo, Eng ’05,
is project engineer in the civil and municipal department
of the Pewaukee, Wis., engineering
firm of Ruekert-Mielke.
