1960-1969
James S. Frey, Arts ’60, president of Educational Credential
Evaluators Inc. in Milwaukee, is chair of the board of directors
of the professional section of Admissions Officers and Credential
Evaluators, a division of the European Association for International
Education. He has served on the board since 1999 and is the
only non-European ever elected to the board.
1961 Reunion Year
Bonnie Domrose Stone, Jour ’61, published her sixth
book, San Andreas Ain’t No Fault of Mine, a fun and fact-filled
guide to Antelope Valley, Calif. The lighthearted title reminds
readers they live in earthquake country and to be safe as they
explore.
Gregory F. Huyette, Bus Ad ’63, published
the book The Greener Grass from the Other Side, a Poetic Path
to Love and

Nancy
Klein Maguire, Arts ’63, Grad ’65, taught
for 10 years, mainly at Loyola University Chicago. She earned
a doctoral degree and since 1983 has been scholar-in-residence
at Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, D.C. She has published
extensively on the relationship of theatre and politics in
the 17th century and been reviewed frequently, most recently
in the Los Angeles Times Book Review. Her latest book will
be released in March: An Infinity of Little Hours: Five Young
Men and Their Crisis of Faith in the Western World’s
Most Austere Monastic Order.

James D. Friedman, Arts ’69,
was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers
in America for 2006. Friedman is a financial institutions attorney
at the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady LLP.
Guerrino
T. Rich, Arts ’69, was named in Who’s
Who Among America’s Teachers (for the 2004-05 academic
year) for the second consecutive year. He teaches English
at Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Patrick
M. Ryan, Law ’69, was selected by his peers
for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, 2006 edition.
He is a corporate law attorney at the Milwaukee office of
Quarles & Brady LLP.
