Marquette Today
has big debut

A simpler way to give

A year ago the university introduced Marquette Today to share all of the different ways that donors could support Marquette. It simplified the process for donors to direct their gifts to where they believe they can do the most good — the Scholar’s Fund, the Marquette Fund or the Blue & Gold Fund.

“Donors asked us to make the process for giving to Marquette simpler,” says Meg Brzyski Husband, chief alumni relations and annual giving officer. “They want to support the university, but they wanted us to help them to understand all of their choices. We listened to them.”

The response has been striking. More than 22,000 alumni, parents and friends contributed $7.6 million to Marquette Today, an 11 percent increase in contributions from the prior year. Go to www.marquette.edu/giving to learn more about how Marquette Today supports the success of every student.
