Below is a description of the 10 label options with an approximate number of active employees in each option. The employee names with campus locations are taken directly out of the HR/Payroll database. The number of active employees in each option described can change on a daily basis. All label options include only active employees.
The following groups/individuals would not be included:
• Jesuit Residence (unless the individual resident is a faculty, administrator or staff member)
• Gesu
• Lake 5
• Alpha Sigma Nu
• ROTC
• retirees
• student employees
• employees on a leave of absence or sabbatical.
All label options include:
• full name of the employee (last name, title, first name)
• campus location
• campus location address.
Note: Labels are printed in alpha order by campus location.
- Administrators — 731, includes all full—time regular, full—time temporary and part—time regular administrators.
- All Employees — 2,700, includes all full—time and part—time regular and temporary administrators, faculty and support staff.
- All Faculty — 1,126, includes all full—time and part—time regular and temporary faculty.
- All Full—time Employees — 2010, includes all full—time regular and temporary administrators, faculty, and support staff.
- All Support Staff — 706, includes all full—time regular, full—time temporary and part—time regular support staff.
- Benefit Eligible — 2,200, includes all full—time regular and temporary and all part—time regular administrators, faculty and support staff.
- Department Chairs — 36, includes only academic department chairs.
- Executives — 120, includes only senior administration, deans, vice presidents, associate and assistant deans and vice presidents and department heads. Does not include department chairs.
- Full—time Faculty — 659, includes all full—time regular and temporary faculty.
- Graduate Assistants — 460, includes all employees coded as graduate assistant.
