Bright Futures Scholarships
Amount:  $250 - $2,500
Deadline:  June 11, 2014

Applicants must be students enrolled full-time in an accredited degree program who have demonstrated potential as teachers of young children under the age of 8 and have at least nine months of experience working with this age group.

Erman W. Taylor Americanism Scholarship
Amount:  $500
Deadline:  April 20, 2014

Applicant must be a high school graduate, a Missouri resident and the descendant of a veteran.  Applicant must be planning a major in education.

National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Scholarship
Amount:  Up to $10,000
Deadline:  May 2, 2014

Applicant must be completing their sophomore year of college, scheduling for full-time study in the next academic year, and pursuing a career goal of becoming a certified teacher of secondary school mathematics.
