American Indian College Fund Full Circle Scholarships

Several scholarships are available to American Indian undergraduate and graduate students attending non-tribal colleges. See website for specific criteria.

American Indian Graduate Fellowships
Amount:  $1,000 - $5,000
Deadline:  June 1, 2015

Applicant must be pursuing a post-baccalaureate graduate or professional degree as a full-time student and be able to demonstrate financial need.  Applicant must also be an enrolled member of a federally recognized American Indian or Alaskan Native group.

The Byron Hanke Fellowship for Graduate Research on Community Associations
Amount:  $3,000 - $5,000
Deadline:  May 1, 2015

Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited master's, doctoral or law program in the U.S. or Canada.  Graduate students of all disciplines are welcome to apply, provided their studies relate to community associations generally and to the topic of the candidate's proposed community associations research project.

Captain Jodi Callahan Memorial Scholarship
Amount:  $1,000
Deadline:  June 30, 2015

Applicant must be an active duty Air Force, full time Air National Guard or full time Air Force Reserve (officer or enlisted) pursuing a Master's Degree in a non-technical field of study. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.

Feldman Fellowship for Graduate Studies in Journalism
Amount:  $5,000
Deadline:  May 1, 2015

Applicants must be enrolled in, or in the process of applying for, admission to an accredited graduate program in Journalism.

Graduate School Scholarship
Amount:  $1,000
Deadline:  Quarterly

Applicant may be any current graduate student who is in good academic standing and has committed no crimes.

Helen Hay Whitney Foundation Research Fellowships
Amount:  Varies
Deadline:  July 1, 2015

Applicant must hold, or be in the final stages of obtaining, a Ph.D., M.D. or equivalent degree, and is seeking to begin postdoctoral training in basic biomedical research.

Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee Advanced Degree Scholarship
Amount:  $2,500
Deadline:  June 12, 2015

Applicants must be of Hispanic heritage and be pursuing an advanced degree with a minimum of 6 credits already completed.  Applicant must be enrolled in at least 6 credits in the fall 2015 and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.  Applicant must be a legal U.S. citizen and a resident of the state of Wisconsin.

Lung and Respiratory Disease Nursing Scholarship
Amount:  $3,000
Deadline:  May 15, 2015

Available to registered nurses with a current state license that are planning to continue their nursing education in the field of pediatric lung and respiratory diseases.

Mendez Scholarships
Amount: Varies
Deadline: No deadline

Applicant may be any graduate Business, Engineering or Pharmacology student enrolled at an accredited U.S. university. Applicant should demonstrate an interest in serving the needs of others.

NACA Foundation Graduate Scholarships
Amount:  Varies
Deadline:  May 30, 2015

Applicants must have graduated from a four-year college or university with a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and be matriculated in a master's or doctorate degree program in student personnel services or a related area.  Applicants must have demonstrated experience and involvement in campus activities and be committed to pursuing a career as a campus activities professional.  See website for specific residency requirements.

"No Essay" Scholarship
Amount:  $2,000
Deadline:  Last day of every month

Applicants may be anyone looking to attend college or graduate school within 12 months.

Trevor Leeker Scholarship
Amount:  $500
Deadline:  June 30, 2015

Applicant must be a graduate student in the medical field that will be working with special needs children.  A minimum 3.5 GPA is required.
