If you experience problems accessing Academic Advisement, you should first clear your web browser's cache before contacting the IT Services Help Desk.

  • Internet Explorer 7: Go to Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box will open. In the Browsing History section, click Delete. The Delete Browsing History dialog box will open. Click Delete All. Click Yes to confirm.
  • Firefox 3: Go to Tools > Clear Private Data. The Clear Private Data dialog box will open. Check the Cache checkbox. Click Clear Private Data now.
  • Safari: Go to Safari > Empty Cache. Safari will prompt you with "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?" Click Empty.
  • Chrome: Go to the Customize and Control menu and select Clear Browsing Data. The Clear Browsing Data dialog box will open. Check the Empty the Cache checkbox. Click Clear Browsing Data.

After following the steps for any of the above, close your browser window and open a new one, to ensure a fresh start.
