Check for holds before ordering your transcripts!
Your transcript request will not be processed if you have a transcript hold at the time you submit the request. The Office of the Registrar is not responsible for delays arising from transcript holds.
Current students can check for transcript holds in CheckMarq:

There are several types of transcript holds that may delay your request:
After you have verified that you have no outstanding transcript holds, you can submit a transcript request to the Office of the Registrar.
Most holds on alumni transcripts are placed by the Office of Student Loan Accounts and Collections. If you are an alumni and think you might have a transcript hold, you may contact Student Loan Accounts.
If you have no transcript holds, you can submit a transcript request to the Office of the Registrar.
The Office of the Registrar is the official keeper of academic records including course registrations, grades, transcripts and diplomas.
