Students with access to CheckMarq can find the online transcript request form in the Student Center.
In the Academics section of the main page of the Student Center, click the My Academics link. You will be taken to the My Academics page on which you will find a Request Official Transcript link.
Please note: No forms from other institutions or agencies (such as LSDAS or AMCAS forms) will be included in the official sealed envelope with transcripts ordered online. If additional documents must be sent with your transcript, please order transcripts directly from the Office of the Registrar in person or by mail.
After you have submitted your transcript request online, updates will be sent to you via e-mail. You will receive a notification when your order is being processed and when it has been sent.
You will also receive an e-mail notice if a financial hold exists on your record that prevents your transcript request from being processed. Instructions and contact information will be included in the e-mail so you can resolve the hold in a timely manner. Holds must be cleared before your transcript will be sent.
