Requesting Transcripts in Person

SPECIAL NOTE: In person requests and pick-up orders for transcripts are now being processed.  However, you are strongly encouraged to submit an online request for PDF electronic delivery for your transcript orders to be processed in a timely manner.  If you need to order a transcript by mail or request paper delivery of your transcript, there could be delays in processing due to limited on-campus staffing.

Transcript request forms may be submitted in person at the Marquette Central. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Note that your transcript request will not be processed if you have a transcript hold at the time you submit the request. (See how to check for holds.)

If you have forms from other institutions or agencies, such as LSDAS or AMCAS forms, that must be sent with your transcript, you may include them with your in-person request or your mailed request. Please include these additional documents with your transcript request.

If you would like your transcript processed while you wait, immediate processing is available for requests made in person. This service carries the same fees as rush processing.

Requests for in-person immediate processing must be made before 4 p.m. — no exceptions!

Requests made in person can be paid by cash, check, money orders or MarquetteCASH. There are also computers on which students can request transcripts online and pay by credit card available in the lobby.

Transcripts that are held for pickup at Marquette Central must be claimed within one month of request. Transcripts not claimed within one month will be destroyed and a new request must be submitted.

See directions and additional contact information.
