Marquette Nation is a comprehensive program designed to bring students and alumni together to continue Marquette’s traditions, establish class unity, further Marquette’s mission by raising money for student scholarships and keep students engaged with the university after graduation.
The Students of Marquette Nation is a student group that helps plan, organize and execute Marquette Nation programming. Some of our key events include: Countdown to Tipoff, Beat Bucky Week, Tuition Runs Out Day, National Marquette Day and our giving challenges.

Student Alumni Ambassadors are a group of current students who represent Marquette University at high-visibility functions. They serve as ambassadors for Marquette and represent the institution to its stakeholders - alumni, the campus and the surrounding community. Some of the events ambassadors will attend include the President’s Picnic, MUAA National Board Meetings, Marquette Circles networking events, Alumni National Awards Weekend, Alumni Reunion Weekend, scholarship fundraisers and donor visits.
As an Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to network with influential alumni and donors and participate in several on- and off-campus events. You will also have the opportunity to refine your leadership and communication skills, all while making invaluable social and professional connections.
The Student Alumni Ambassador program builds relationships, generates pride in the university and promotes student awareness of the Marquette University Alumni Association and University Advancement.

Senior Challenge is a student organization comprised of all graduating seniors in each class. The Senior Challenge Committee is responsible for the senior class gift to the university and all of the related events and outings.
During the past several years, Senior Challenge has evolved into an organization that strives to pass on gifts of opportunity in the form of scholarships. This year, the committee is asking every member of the senior class to show their spirit and commitment to their soon-to-be alma matter by contributing $20.14 to this cause. Individually, a scholarship gift of $20.14 seems insignificant, but collectively, the senior class gift can support many deserving students.

Student Director on the MUAA National Board of Directors
Each year, the Marquette University Student Government appoints a student representative to a one-year term on the Alumni Association’s National Board of Directors. The MUAA Student Director's role is to provide feedback and advice on alumni programs and services, and to help increase the university’s visibility and reputation among students, alumni and the greater community. This individual also serves as the liaison to the current student body and is able to provide an important perspective to Alumni Directors.
