AACN Guide to Graduate Nursing Program


Marquette University's College of Nursing developed a master's program of study for nurses who have an associate degree in nursing and also have a bachelor's degree in disciplines other than nursing. After completing the pre-requisite courses listed below, students in this option pursue a specialty MSN.  This program leads to a specialty in nursing such as an advanced practice role (nurse practitioner, nurse midwife, clinical nurse specialist), nurse leader/administrator, or a clinical nurse leader.
