Welcome to the Marquette Neighborhood Health Center's website, where you'll find everything you need to know about us, including hours of operation, insurance information, and how we can deliver quality health care to you and your family.

The Marquette Neighborhood Health Center is located at 1834 W. Wisconsin Ave., Suite 100, on the northeast corner of 19th and Wisconsin. We are open five days a week and many Saturdays.

1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

* A nurse practitioner is also available for urgent problems 24 hours a day. This service is available to anyone who has had at least one visit at the center.

Our services

Our nurse practitioners provide a wide range of primary health care and minor acute care services to adults, children, infants and families. They are advanced practice nurses with licensure to prescribe medications; order and evaluate laboratory and imaging tests; and make referrals to specialty services as needed.

Insurance information


The MNHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare and many other insurance plans, and is an in-network provider for all Marquette health plans (EPO and PPO) and the university's Student Health Insurance plan.

NO CO-PAY FOR MARQUETTE INSURANCE HOLDERS: Beginning in 2011, co-pays are waived for Marquette health plan participants (EPO and PPO) visiting the Neighborhood Health Center.
