Roommates and subleasing
We understand that students sometimes need to find somebody to take their place on a lease for a variety of reasons, such as study abroad, co-op and internship opportunities. It is important that you check with your property owner or manager to determine what his/her policies are pertaining to subleasing. You should also speak with your roommates and enlist their help to find a new roommate. The earlier you begin your search for a sublettor, the greater your chances of finding one. Plan ahead!
To list sublet availability with the office of Off-Campus Student Services, please select the "I Want a Sublettor" form from the Housing Forms and Contracts dropdown to the right.
