Dr. Cesar Gonzalez, associate professor of developmental sciences and pediatric dentistry at the Marquette School of Dentistry, is an expert in diagnosing and treating the special dental needs of children ages 3 to 13. He co-directs the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic that is staffed by faculty and pre-doctoral dental students. Gonzalez’s research interests include oral health care for children in underserved populations, increasing dental knowledge and care in pregnant women, and strategies for preventing tooth decay.
