STATIONERY STYLES AND GUIDELINES
Two university layout formats 
are available. Both are designed to be 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches. To maintain consistency, please order the letterhead, envelopes and business cards in the same layout family.
Each letterhead format includes the following:
The Marquette University logo at the top left of the page; a vertical rule on the right side of the page that divides the department-specific text from the logo; and the department–specific text, which includes the following information in this order:
- The name of the college/department/office/division
- (If applicable) College name in bold with the department name in a regular font directly below
- Building name/designation, room number (building name, Room 000)
