McCabe Hall

Marquette University’s newest residence hall, McCabe Hall is located at the corner of 17th Street and Wisconsin Avenue. McCabe Hall is named for former Marquette President James McCabe, S.J., who introduced coeducation to Catholic higher education when he first admitted women to Marquette in 1909.  The building, built in the late 1920s, was originally designed as the Marquette Hotel.  The project includes the inclusion and restoration of many of the original architectural features including plaster details, archways, high ceilings, terrazzo flooring, and woodwork detailing. 

McCabe Hall is an eight-story suite-style residence hall featuring the following amenities:
