Guest Apartments

Operated by Conference Services and the Office of Residence Life, the guest apartments provide visitors with a cost-efficient alternative to area hotel accommodations. Located in Campus Town West at 819 N. 16th Street and Campus Town East at 1500 W. Wells Street, the guest apartments consist of one, two, and three bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to six guests for overnight bookings throughout the year.

Each furnished, air-conditioned guest apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes, two extra-long twin beds with pillows and bed linens in each bedroom, alarm clock/radio, dresser, desk and ample closet space, a full bathroom with linens, wireless internet access, an iron/ironing board, and a television with cable in a living room with a couch and chair. Other appealing amenities at an additional charge include parking in nearby campus lots and guest access to the Rec Center or Rec Plex.

The guest apartments are located in the heart of Marquette University's campus and are close to public transportation and the numerous restaurants, specialty shops, entertainment and cultural attractions of downtown Milwaukee. Please note that Campus Town West and Campus Town East are smoke-free facilities.
