NOTE:

In order for your request to be accepted, you must register your event with the Office of Student Development, and the event MUST be approved before you print your materials for distribution on campus.

University Departments requesting publicity do not need a stamp from the Office of Student Development or Residence Life.

In addition, you must email a digital copy of your Channel 95 slide (.ppt or Word) to Alyssa Scott. Please place the title of the event in the subject line of this e-mail.

In addition, the following apply:

  • Allow for 3 working days turn around time to fulfill request.
  • Posters must be stamped by OSD, organized by hall with one per floor, and delivered to The Office of Residence Life  for distribution 48 hours before the start of your reservation (Exceptions made be made in special circumstances.) Please see distribution list below.
  • Table Tents must be stamped by OSD and ORL prior to making copies.
  • Organizations are responsible for placing Table Tents in the Dining halls.
