2014 Greek New Member Workshop

Call for Programs

All undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and staff are invited to submit a proposal to present a breakout session during the 2014 Greek New Member Workshop on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The New Member Workshop, sponsored by the Office of Student Development, is open to new members of all fraternities and sororities at Marquette University, this includes Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 new members.

The one-day workshop aims to provide new members of the Greek Community information about governing councils, leadership opportunities, important policy information, campus resources, and an opportunity to get to know other Greek members.

Each breakout session will be 55 minutes in length and should incorporate the workshop theme, “Exploring Greek Leadership Opportunities”, the above-mentioned goals, and/or aspects of the Mission of the Greek Community

Proposals must be submitted by noon on Friday, February 14, 2014.

Presenters will be notified by Friday, February 21, 2014 if the proposal has been accepted.

By submitting a proposal, you are indicating that you are available from 12:00-5:00 PM on March 29, 2014. You will be assigned to one or more breakout sessions.
