Congratulations on your decision to join the Marquette Community! We are glad you are here, and we look forward to welcoming you on campus in January. Winter Orientation will take place on Sunday, January 13, 2013.

Schedule of events

Sunday, January 13, 2013

8:00 a.m. Residence Hall Move-In
Students may move in to their residence hall beginning at 8:00 a.m. Please contact the Office of Residence Life at 414-288-7208 for more information.

9:00 a.m. Morning Mass (optional)
Church of the Gesu, 1145 W. Wisconsin Avenue

Lunch in the Residence Halls

*Residential students may begin using their dining plan as of January 13th; students without dining plans may purchase lunch in the residence halls.

Noon – 4:00 p.m. Spirit Shop Open

3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Student ID and UPASS, Union Station, AMU room 158
Stop by the Union Station (1st floor AMU) to pick up your student ID and free UPASS (bus pass).

4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Campus Tours
Leaving from the Alumni Memorial Union, 2nd Floor Lobby
Join current Marquette students for a walking tour of campus. Bring your schedule of classes for a more personalized tour! Tours will last about an hour and will begin at 4:00 and 4:30 p.m.

5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Experience Marquette Panel and Welcome Dinner, AMU Ballrooms
Student and parents invited to join representatives from a variety of campus areas to learn about the services and resources offered at Marquette, and to ask any questions they may have. A casual dinner is included. Panel discussion begins at 6:00 p.m.
