The Marquette Community Physical Therapy Clinic is a student-operated physical therapy initiative housed within the Marquette Sports Rehabilitation Clinic and overseen by the faculty of Department of Physical Therapy at Marquette University. We provide physical therapy services to the medically uninsured individuals of Milwaukee by incorporating licensed physical therapists and physical therapy students in a collaborative educational model. These collaborations enable FREE physical therapy services to individuals in need while facilitating student development and hands on experience; therefore, each patient will be seen by a treatment team consisting of a maximum of four Doctorate of Physical Therapy Students and a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Referral Form

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis based on referrals from one of our collaborating clinics. We MUST have a referral from one of our collaborating clinics before scheduling an appointment. Once the referral form is received, our scheduling coordinator will contact the patient to set up a potential appointment. Initial evaluations will be will last approximately 1 hour in length and each follow up appointment will last approximately 45 minutes.

We are currently accepting referrals from Saturday Clinic, Bread of Healing, Repairs of the Breach and Angel of Hope.

The clinic is located in Cramer Hall Room 215 at 604 N. 16th St, in between Wisconsin Ave and Clybourn St. Free parking for all patients is located across the street in parking lot N with access via 17th Street in between Wisconsin Ave and Clybourn St. Buzz the intercom and let Parking Services know that you are there for Physical Therapy. *Please note that 16th Street is one way heading north and 17th Street is one way heading south.

About the Marquette Sports Rehabilitation Clinic

The Marquette Sports Rehabilitation Clinic (MSRC) is a full-service outpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine clinic that offers the expertise of licensed Physical Therapists and licensed Athletic Trainers with the convenience of an on-campus location. MSRC is a part of the College of Health Sciences' nationally ranked Department of Physical Therapy. MSRC primarily serves the Marquette community including students, staff, faculty and spouses/dependents of employees. MSRC does additionally welcome patients from the greater Milwaukee community at large.
