
Dr. Kathleen Lukaszewicz graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in history from Marquette University in 2002. In 2004, she received her Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University. After graduation, Dr. Lukaszewicz worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics with a special emphasis on sports medicine. In 2007, Dr. Lukaszewicz began her studies at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI under the guidance of Dr. Julian Lombard. She was an American Heart Association predoctoral fellow and conducted research on vascular biology and the changes in endothelial function associated with hypertension. Dr. Lukaszewicz received her PhD in Physiology in May 2012.
Dr. Lukaszewicz joined Marquette’s Physical Therapy Department as a Clinical Assistant Professor in July of 2012. She also works with patients at the Marquette Sports Rehabilitation Clinic.
