DeAnn is a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a National and Wisconsin State certified Physician Assistant, and has been a longstanding member of the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Since graduation, DeAnn has worked extensively in the field of adult Cardiology with an additional 10 years experience in Emergency Medicine at a Level II Trauma Center. Throughout her career, she has complimented her clinical roles with managerial and research positions as well as Physician Assistant student mentoring. DeAnn remains employed at Aurora Cardiovascular Services where she continues to practice with special interests in stress testing and adult autologous stem cell research.
