PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT – Saturday, June 22, 2013

At approximately 5:50 p.m., a robbery took place on the street in the 2000 block ofMichigan Avenue.The four victims, including two Marquette students and an alumnus, reported that a white male and two black males approached them, displayed a weapon and demanded property. The victims handed over wallets and cash. The three suspects then fled east on Michigan Avenue in a red Chevy four-door. The victims were not physically injured.

The car was a four-door, with no front license plate and unknown plate number. It was last seen heading east on Michigan Avenue
