Thank goodness for leadership conferences. Conferences are a FUN way to represent all that is Marquette. They are our times to shine and show who we are while listening to other schools do the same.
For the residents on campus there are two possibilities throughout the year where one can be part of a Marquette delegation. It is an excellent way to meet with a number of Marquette students and use leadership and planning to make your delegation unique.
The regional organization is called the Great Lakes Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (GLACURH). The region encompasses Wisconsin and the surrounding three states ( Michigan, Illinois, Indiana) and Canadian province of Ontario. This conference occurs in November during the first semester.
The state organization is called Wisconsin United Residence Hall Association (WURHA). This conference is in February. This includes schools, both state and private, from across the state of Wisconsin.
Conferences are unique in many ways. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience that you will never forget, then a conference is the right thing for you.
