Days/Hours of Volunteering: Students can find out specific days and times for service learning during the Service Learning Sign-Up Night. The Mentor/Assistant exploration Coach Program runs from Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-7pm

Description of Agency/Activities: Lead2Change is a youth leadership organization committed to authentically engaging young people in leadership opportunities that prepare them to be successful leaders in college, their career, and the community.  Through Philanthropy, and Career Readiness, young people are involved in meaningful activities that assist with enhancing their leadership employability skills. Dream.Explore.Build. (D.E.B.) is our premier Career Readiness program and is designed to engage young people, ages 16-24, in purposefully planning their futures. From recruitment to graduation, the goal of this 26-week program is to ensure that participants discover their purpose, understand their potential, and develop their talents to ensure that they are successful in their career of choice.  Upon completing the D.E.B. program, students are offered a paid summer internship experience in an environment that aligns with each young person’s career goals. Mentor / Assistant Exploration Coach– Be a catalyst for change in a DreamBuilder’s life! Directly impact our students by leading lessons and workshops as well as hold one-on-one meetings to offer guidance and encouragement. You will be involved in helping DreamBuilders explore their career aspirations and future goals!
