The Office of Student Loan Accounts & Collections is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to noon and 1:00pm to 4:30pm Central Time. The office is closed weekends and all University holidays.

To ensure borrower privacy when contacting the Office of Student Loan Accounts, both the borrower's full name and the last four digits of the borrower's social security number must be provided.
