Check Your Undergraduate Application Status
Our first admission letters will be mailed beginning in mid-January.
You can check to see if your application is complete by logging into your CheckMarq account. We are unable to verify application information via e-mail messages.
Step 1
Log into CheckMarq using your username and password. (CheckMarq access is mailed to all applicants one day after we receive your application into our computer system. It may take up to two weeks for access to reach you depending on your application method).
If you have lost your access letter, contact the Information Technology Help Desk at (414) 288-7799. You will be asked to provide some personal information to have your access reset.
Step 2
Click the "Student Self-Service" tab.
Step 3
Scroll down to "View My To Do Lists." This will show you anything you have left to do to complete your application. If you have no to do list items your application is complete.
Missing Items?
Keep in mind, most credentials (transcripts, test scores, etc.) take 2 to 3 weeks to post to your application account. Your CheckMarq account is updated in real time and contains the most current information. It is the same detail we see.
Any missing credentials should be faxed to the admissions office at (414) 288-3764 as soon as possible. Please also follow-up with an official copy of the document via postal mail. Click here for complete contact information.
