Joan Whipp, Ph.D.

Joan Whipp, Co-Project Director, is also co-chairing the Teacher Education Redesign Committee. Joan is passionate about preparing teachers for the 21st Century by placing them with master teachers in technology-rich environments One of Joan’s primary grant responsibilities is to coordinate the work of the liaisons to the professional development schools.
