Mathematics Department
Course: MATH 135
Description: This semester in MATH 135, Foundations
of Geometry, students use dynamic geometric software
to investigate problems and present solutions in Euclidean
geometry and non-Euclidean geometry. E.g. Students
write programs using Geometer's Sketchpad to
construct a tiling of the Euclidean plane with regular
polygons and to make obvious the symmetries of the
tiling.
Technology: Math Visualization
