does Technical Support entail?
Providing
timely technical support is crucial to the successful use
and integration of technology in the curriculum. The technical
staff at TTUT loves and use technology and we are prepared
to lend our technical knowledge and skills to help you achieve
your technology integration goals. For example, we can:
- Configure,
install and maintain a variety of desktop systems (PC
and Mac) and essential software applications,

Provide answers to technical questions or problems as
they relate to the hardware, operating systems or software
applications (e.g. MS Office)
- Help
troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and
- Provide
task-oriented instruction on computer and software use.
