Exploring Your Spiritual Wellness: The spiritual dimension of life is connected to a person’s overall wellness. Having a spiritual connection to God or one’s Higher Power fosters hope, resilience, clarity of purpose, and greater happiness. Please join us for this lunch time conversation to discuss the connections and benefits spirituality has with health. A light lunch will be served.
