History: Sacred Heart Church, Seward, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska, has been a predominantly non-Native American parish with a few Native American (e.g. Aleut, Denaina, Eskimo) parishioners on Resurrection Bay of the Gulf of Alaska and in the Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau (Archives: Juneau, Alaska).
