Jesuits relocated and administered St. Ignatius Mission (Kootenai, Salish), Flathead/ Pend O’reille Reservation, St. Ignatius/ Snielemen, Montana

Sisters of Charity of Providence (Montreal Motherhouse, Mother Joseph Province) (Archives: Montreal, Quebec, and Seattle, Washington) established and staffed St. Ignatius Boarding School (Kootenai, Salish) at the mission
