Todd McLees short bio:

Todd McLees is a thought leader in Artificial Intelligence and its influence on work and learning. His frameworks are pivotal in helping organizations across various industries and academic institutions build their AI Agility and cultivate a skilled and adaptive workforce. Todd's influence in the education sector is extended through his work with more than 60 institutions of Higher Education and school districts. As a co-founder and board member of the London-based Human Skills Project, Todd is deeply committed to advancing the integration of uniquely human skills within the fast-paced world of digital technology. He serves on the advisory board of CAEL, the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning and is a founding board member of HERA, the Higher Education Regional Alliance which includes all 17 of the Higher Eds in Southeastern Wisconsin. He was recognized by LinkedIn as a Top Voice on Artificial Intelligence for 2023 and 2024 and is a contributor to the Harvard Business Review. Todd offers insightful, forward-thinking perspectives to a global audience on Human Flourishing in the Age of AI.
