Undergraduate Students

Writers come to our main office, where they meet their tutor and fill out some paperwork. This is a very friendly place, where tutors congregate and study or socialize or eat lunch.

Writers fill out a form that asks for some basic information about the student, the assignment, the goals for the session and the long-term goals for writing.

The tutor and the writer go to an office and discuss the goals and assignment. The tutor asks what the writer is concerned about and wants the tutor to pay special attention to.

The forms the students fill out are important; after the session the tutor makes some notes about the conference that will help another tutor if the writer comes back again.
